Military Federal Tuition Assistance Refund Policy

The following refund policy will apply to refunds for unearned tuition and fees for military students receiving Federal Tuition Assistance. The adjustment will be following accordingly and refunded to the Federal Government on a proportional basis based on the following schedule.

Week 1 and 2 up to the 11th day 100%
Week 3 and 4 75%
Week 5 through Week 8 50%
Week 9 and 10  40%
Week 11 through Week 16 No Refund

Tuition and fee adjustments to student’s account may cause an increase in the student’s account balance.
