Transcript Requests

Holiday closures: Be aware that the transcript office closes for scheduled holidays.  Plan ahead for your transcript requests. 

National Student Clearinghouse - UA Rich Mountain has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to process online transcript requests and electronic delivery of UARM college transcripts. The general processing time is between 1-3 business days. The following options have varying associated fees payable by credit / debit card: 

  • Electronic Delivery: A physical address and a valid email address required. Please double-check the email address for the receiving college.  Incorrect email addresses will require students to submit a new transcript request. 
  • Hold for Pickup: Available at the Maddox Building Tower Room. 
    Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30 PM, and Friday 8 AM– 3:30 PM  
    (Summer hours: Closed on Fridays) 
  • U.S. Mail Delivery:  Once the request has been processed, allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for delivery. 
  • Expedited and International:  Additional fees apply 

Unofficial transcripts – Currently enrolled students may access unofficial transcripts through their Workday account. 

Required forms for application services: Transcript requests that require a form to be included with the transcript (application services such as LSAC, AMCAS, PharmCAS or other professional organizations) should upload the form when submitting the request.  Forms will only be accepted in the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, gif, jpeg, and bmp.

Transcript processing delays - Transcript requests may be delayed due to the following situations: 

  • Holiday closures: Federal holidays, Thanksgiving week, December/January holiday break, Spring holiday week (March) See the UARM academic calendar for details. 
  • Summer schedule – campus closed on Fridays 
  • High transcript request volume during the end of each semester 

GED transcript requests – GED transcripts are not available from UARM. Request directly from Little Rock, Arkansas,  https://dws.arkansas.gov/gedrequest 

ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION (ADHE LOTTERY SCHOLARSHIP) -When selecting the transcript recipient, choose Educational Organization and Arkansas Division of Higher Education from the drop-down lists. 

Other documents – UARM does not provide copies of immunizations or high school records. Contact your high school or health department for those documents. 

Financial Hold – If a hold has been placed on your account preventing you from ordering an official transcript, please contact the UARM Business Office at (479) 394-7622 ext. 1510 for more information on the hold. If your hold is not resolved within 30 days after your order is placed, your order will be canceled.
